Get started
Two ways in, depending on where you are.
If you're still working out whether you're ready, start with the call. If you already know and you want to move, go straight to the application.
Start here if you're not sure yet
Homebuyer Readiness Call
20 minutes on the phone, free, and there is no application and no credit pull. By the end you'll know where you actually stand instead of guessing.
- What you can comfortably afford — not just what you could be approved for
- Which loan programs are genuinely open to you
- Anything in your file that needs fixing first, and how long it takes
- What to have ready before you talk to an agent
Send a couple of times that suit you and I'll confirm one. No booking system, no account to create.

Apply with me
This is my application — it comes directly to me, and I'm the one who reads it. It opens on Edge Home Finance, LLC's secure system, so you'll see their name on the page: Edge Home Finance is the company I am licensed through as a Loan Officer, and that is whose platform I originate on.
It's the real application, so it will ask for income, assets and permission to pull credit. If you're under contract or competing for a house, this is the faster path. Text me once you've started and I'll pick it up from my side the same day.
Apply NowOpens my secure application on Edge Home Finance, LLC, NMLS #891464, in a new tab.
Or just ask
You don't have to book anything.
A question by text is a perfectly good way to start, and it's how most people do.
Mon–Fri 9am–6pm · Evenings and weekends by appointment
Licensed in Texas and New Mexico — I can't originate a loan on a property outside those two states. If you're buying elsewhere, text me anyway and I'll point you to someone who can.
What happens to your information
This website never asks for your contact details. There is no form on it. Texting or emailing uses your own phone or mail app, and writes directly to me. Nothing is tracked and no cookies are set.
Applying is the deliberate exception. The application opens on Edge Home Finance, LLC's secure system and will ask for personal and financial information, because it has to — and what happens to it there is governed by Edge's privacy policy rather than this site's. You'll know you've left, because it opens in a new tab.
